A very useful origami to know, make a box out of an A4 format paper. You can make a lid with a slightly bigger box or use this one as the lid and make a smaller box, cut off the edges of the paper before folding and voilà. Diagrams over here and video after the break.

I really like this one because it’s really simple to understand.
After mastering this and the throwing star, I am looking into some more difficult pieces.

Stephan, if you want more difficult pieces, you can go to google.com and type in “origami folding instructions.”These origami figures are modular except the roses on the bottom of the web page and the omega star.So there you have it. If you want something more simple, just tell me, or ask a question.
